I am a retired
teacher and found I wanted something to do that
would keep me busy. Five years ago I learned how to make
this tennis bracelet and got addicted to making it.
I was donating my time to the local hospital gift shop when
they told me they didn't need anymore bracelets.
I said to a friend "Now what am I going to do?" She suggested
selling them at a local craft show the next month. It was such a
success and they all loved my bracelet so much, I have been
doing craft shows ever since. I have averaged 24 shows a year.
So many of my customers asked if I had a web site- so here I am.

The tennis bracelets feature 4mm bicone genuine
Swarovski crystals on top of a lace backing made
of quality glass seed beads. I use fishing line (6# test)
to weave the seed beads and with normal wear the
bracelet won’t break. I start with a size 6 and go up
by ¼” increments to a 7 ¾ . This has proven to be
very popular as some ladies like a lot of dangle
while others want them closer to the wrist.
Wrist sizes vary on all women.

One day at a craft show a 7 year old girl couldn't stay away from my
bracelet display. Her mother said she had never seen her look
at anything that long (at least 25 minutes) Needless to say, after
that I started making children's bracelets. I found that I had
to make some very small ones also as many mothers wanted
them for their baby girls, still in the strollers.
(actually grandma's also like to buy them)
